Catering
The Indianapolis Zoo and White River Gardens provide their own catering company, Center Plate. Outside caterers are not permitted.
- Clients must use catering with any facility rental.
- Catering selection is due 30 days prior to your event.
- Final count for catering is due 72 hours prior to the event.
Tickets
If your event takes place during operating hours of the Zoo and Gardens, admission tickets are required. Any unused tickets may be returned for a refund within 10 business days of your event. Ticket order is due 30 days prior to your event. Please overestimate your order to be sure that you will not run out of tickets.
