Group Tickets

Tickets are required for each person visiting the Indianapolis Zoo and White River Gardens or attending an event during operating hours. Several group tickets options are available.

school field tripSchool Field Trips
To qualify for the School Field Trip rate, groups must be part of a school that is currently in session. School groups must make a reservation at least two weeks before coming to the Zoo. Please make your reservation online or you can click here for more information. For field trip questions, please call the Education Department at (317) 630-2000, from 9am and 3pm Monday through Friday.

Walk-up Groups
Groups of 25 or more interested in purchasing their tickets on the day of their visit are eligible for a 20% discount at Guest Services as long as the entire group is present and one person pays.

Advance Sale Ticket Packages

Group ticket options outlined below must be set up at least a week and a half in advance. Please call (317) 630-2051 to arrange these group packages or request more information.

 Group admission tickets are valid on only one set date. These tickets are often ordered for events
 taking place at the Zoo.

Consignment Tickets and eTicketing
The Indianapolis Zoo is pleased to offer a 20% discount on general admission through a consignment ticket program! Order discounted tickets today for employees, members and guests to purchase directly from you. Consignment programs can start any time during the year.

Ride Tickets
Ride tickets are also available and sold in packages of 25 for $45.00. Train, carousel, and coaster require one ride ticket; which costs $2.50 if purchased on grounds. Ride packages are pre-paid and non-refundable.

Parking
Parking passes are also available in advance for $5.00 each. Parking passes are valid for one-time use until Dec. 30, 2013.

Visiting the Indianapolis Zoo is a wonderful way to entertainment groups of people, especially children, and a terrific way to learn more about how the Zoo supports conservation.
