Fees and Rentals
Setup:
We charge a $150 setup fee per facility per event.
This fee covers the tables, chairs, basic table linens, napkins and skirting
on all applicable tables. Also included are two registration tables,
two display tables and two award/gift tables.
• If you would like to rent themed specialty linens we can help you with
recommendations of trusted vendors.
Tabletops: Included
with the use of a facility are all china*, glassware, flatware, service
equipment and buffet equipment required for the food and beverage purchased.
We also provide, at no additional charge, a 14 inch mirror tile and three
votive candles for each guest table. Further, we have a selection of
upgraded floral centerpieces that you may purchase through us. Of
course you are also welcome to bring in your own centerpieces as long as
they conform to the regulations of the Indianapolis Zoo.
Bar Service: Due
to the nature of our facility, we use clear plasticware on all of our bars.
If you would like to upgrade to glassware, there is a $2.50 fee per person.
This charge is subject to tax and service charges.
Dance Floor: If
you would like a dance floor, we can make arrangements for you to have one
at your event. Pricing varies with size of floor desired.
Staffing: The
appropriate staffing to facilitate your food and beverage purchases is
included. Upgraded servicing is available for a nominal fee.
These services could include butler passing, French pressing coffees,
carving and action stations and additional bartenders. Please see one
of our Catering professionals for pricing.
Audio Visual:
Markey’s Audiovisual is our trusted vendor for audiovisual needs.
Please contact them to make arrangements for any required equipment. Call

Tax and Service Charge:
All food, beverage and rental purchases are subject to an 8% tax and 20%
service charge.
*There is a $500 charge for the use of china and glassware in the Party
Pavilion, North Pavilion and satellite locations around the Zoo.
