Will it just be my family on this overnight adventure?

Your family will be combined with other families for this overnight event. Please note that the maximum number of participants for the evening is 45. If the total number of participants is less than 20, we will have to cancel the date of the overnight. (Please note that we will know at least 30 days prior to the evening if there must be a cancellation.) *Participants must be at least 6 years old to participate in any overnight program. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

How much does a family overnight cost?

The overnight program fee is per person — $50 per non-member and $40 per Indianapolis Zoo member. Your program fees include parking fees, activities including crafts and games, all after-hour tours, spending the night at the Zoo, and a breakfast buffet from our catering company. Fees are due at the time of registration.

Moray eelWhere do groups sleep?

Groups sleep on the floor in the Dolphin Gallery or Oceans. The Dolphin Gallery is the large room that leads into the dome, but no one is allowed to sleep in the dome. The Oceans building houses sharks, penguins, seals, sea lions, sea horses, eels, fish, and jellies. The area of the building you could be sleeping in has a thin layer of carpet. There are bathroom facilities inside the buildings, but there are no showers available. The Zoo reserves the right to change your sleeping area as necessary.
